How do I know that my order has been processed?

Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You should receive it within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If it's not there either, please reach out to our customer support team.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
